Great experience with IMS. Very competitive rates, seamless transfer. We had a specific issue that we needed a card service provider that continued to charge debit cards at a flat rate rather than a percentage. (we tend to have larger transaction sizes, so this was important to us) IMS found such a merchant for us. Would highly recommend their services.

Roger was great, talked me through some options without too much jargon and took on board my comments and concerns. Sometimes you just stumble across a company which is absolutely brilliant and Independent Merchant Services is one of those. We have struggled for 7 months to find a Payment Provider that would service our company's unique demands of small volume but very high transaction credit card amount. We must have been though 6 different payment providers and numerous emails and phone calls and constantly been rejected. Independent Merchant Services achieved it in 5 days for us. They really are a 5* and 'must go to' company!

We have recently signed a new contract with Darren Britcliffe at Independent Merchant Services for a new card terminal and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish Darren explained everything in great detail but with no jargon and everything was set up in a few days.
